No, your personal information is only used to complete the course and process your certificate. We do not sell or otherwise release your information to any party other than the court.

You are allowed to take the quizzes and the final exam as many times as you need until you pass for no extra fee.

Taking the course is FREE, you only pay when you want to take the final quiz. The course is as little as $19.95, however each court has different regulations, which may increase your price slightly. You can determine the exact and total cost of your course by finding the county your ticket was issued in here. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit card, or Check.

Each student can go at his/her own pace. We set the course up so that you could complete the course in as little as an afternoon. You can complete the entire course at one time or over multiple times. We will automatically save your work for you up to the last quiz you successfully passed. When you would like to continue your course, just login using your password and Driver license number and you will be sent to the section in the course where you left off on your last visit. Please not that partially completed quizzes and/or the final exam will not be saved.

Once you have completed the course, you will have a number of fast delivery options, such as overnight express*. Therefore it is feasible to have your Certificate of Completion delivered to you the next BUSINESS day if you complete the course, have your payment cleared, and pass the final quiz before 1:00pm (PST) Monday - Friday. If you do not finish before 1:00pm (PST) your certificates will be processed the next business day.

* Overnight Express is not available for some courts/counties. Please check your court/county for details.

YES of course, but permission is required from the court to attend traffic school. This information is included in the handout that you received from your court. Commercial Licensed Drivers are prohibited from attending traffic school courses and receiving a completion certificate to mask the offense and/or point from their driving record. The goal of this regulation is to ensure traffic safety by holding commercial drivers to a higher standard. Without these provisions, it would be possible for commercial drivers to avoid the consequences of federally mandated actions against their licenses. All services are subject to the limitations and requirements of the United States Postal Service and Overnight Delivery Service companies. We will not accept any responsibility for lost or mistakenly routed mail.

If for any reason you need to order a Duplicate Certificate there will be a $10.00 fee per Duplicate Certificate.

If you have a problem paying, or if you are not sure your payment was processed please FIRST contact customer service and we will help you.

If you find that your credit card was charged incorrectly, if you call Cheap Easy Fast Online Traffic School customer service before taking action with your credit card company we will be able to issue you a 100% refund of the overcharged amount. However, if you submit a dispute to your credit card company first, before contacting Fast Easy Online Traffic School customer service, we will still issue you a refund of the overcharged amount, but MINUS a $15.00 service fee. If for some reason you decide not to complete the course after making your payment and wish to recieve a refund, the refund amount will be the amount paid by the student minus a $25 fee. Any refund requests will result in a $15 processing fee.
