Refund Policy


No charge is made until the customer finishes the entire course and is set to take the final test. There is a charge for the final test and payment is required before taking the final test. Some counties require Identity Verification which is an extra service that costs $6.99. It is possible to fail Identity Verification, no refunds are offered for Identity Verification. If a refund is made, there is a $15 refund fee. We do not keep credit card numbers for security purposes. If a refund is to be made we have to get the card number from the customer and the customer is made aware of the $15 fee.
